Some things to bear in mind........

 

Payment can be made by bank transfer or cash. This is required on the day of your appointment please.

Cancellation policy - cancellations within 48hrs of the appointment time will be charged at 50%

​

If a dog is matted there will be a compulsory matting fee added to cover the cost of the damage to my tools

​​

I work alone and therefore am unable to take dogs that weigh over 30kg for safety reasons (however I can recommend local colleagues who can help!)

Before your first appointment you will be asked for some basic information about your dog - this is to prepare me as best as possible and it’s important that you are honest and forthcoming. We will be working together in the best interests of your dog.

All dogs must be up to date with flea and worming prevention and vaccinations. Please inform me before attending your appointment if you know of suspect that your dog has fleas.

I’m an able to groom females when in their season.

​

If your dog is not friendly towards other dogs please tell me beforehand so I can secure my dog away safely. 

 

You must disclose any known aggressive behaviour as I am putting myself at risk if I’m unaware.

​

I reserve the right to stop a groom at any point if I feel that either myself or your dog are at risk​
